Delivery Policy

Delivery methods

• Showroom Pickup: ৳0 (free)
• Courier delivery: dynamic rate based on destination and total shipment weight
• Saify handling charge: ৳30 once per courier order

Courier rates use the configured Steadfast merchant rate table. The final courier fee is calculated and shown at checkout. Nationwide delivery includes Sylhet and all other districts in Bangladesh.

Furniture and enquiry products

Large or furniture products follow a separate fulfilment flow. Where applicable, local furniture delivery within Sylhet City is charged at a flat ৳360. Enquiry-only products and furniture orders may require availability confirmation; showroom pickup remains available independently when shown on the product.

Timing and conditions

Delivery times vary with location, courier capacity, product availability, weather, traffic, and operational conditions. No guaranteed delivery time is promised.
