Cancellation Policy

Before processing

An unpaid or Pending Payment order may be cancelled before processing. Once payment is verified and preparation begins, cancellation may be restricted.

After dispatch or delivery

Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. After delivery, the Return & Refund Policy applies. Refusing an unopened order at delivery due only to change of mind leaves the delivery charge payable and non-refundable.

Seller-fault situations are handled separately under the Return & Refund Policy. No additional cancellation penalty is promised.
