Products, prices, and availability

Product availability may require confirmation. Genuine pricing or data errors may be corrected, and a fraudulent or abusive order may be cancelled. Product images and colours can vary slightly because of display, lighting, or manufacturer variation.

Orders and payment

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Mobile-banking payments are processed and verified through ZiniPay. An order is not treated as paid until verification succeeds; successful verification may move it into Processing.

Delivery and warranty

Delivery availability depends on the product and location. Large or furniture products may use a separate fulfilment or enquiry process. Manufacturer warranty or service may apply separately where relevant.
