SAIFY ENTERPRISE respects the information customers provide when browsing, ordering, or contacting us. We use it to process orders, verify payments, arrange delivery, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Information we handle

• Customer name, mobile number, email, and delivery address, including area/thana/upazila and district.
• Order items, quantities, totals, delivery method, and related WooCommerce/WordPress order data.
• Enquiry messages and payment transaction references or IDs.

How services are involved

WordPress and WooCommerce host and manage the store and order records. Hostinger provides hosting and business email. ZiniPay processes mobile-banking payment verification; an order is not treated as paid until verification succeeds. Courier or delivery providers may receive the information needed to fulfil a delivery. Payment-related data may be processed by the payment provider.

What we do not store

SAIFY ENTERPRISE does not claim to store card details. Do not send card numbers or passwords through an enquiry form or email.

Use, retention, and your choices

Information is used only as reasonably needed for orders, delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. We retain records for as long as needed for those purposes. You may contact us to ask about information connected with your enquiry or order, subject to verification and records we must keep.
